Q. What are your hours?
A. We are open Monday through Saturday 10:00AM to 4:30PM. We are closed on Sundays. Hours vary on holidays. 

Q. Do you provide jewelry cleaning?
A. We will gladly inspect and clean your jewelry, free of charge! However, there is a cost for having your piece buffed, polished, and/or rhodiumed.

Q. I don't see what I'm looking for on the website. Is that all the jewelry you have?
Absolutely not! Our online store accounts for 10-15% of the jewelry we have available in our store. If you're looking for something specific and don't see it online, give use a call or stop by the store. We'd be happy to help you find exactly what you want. 

Q. I really like this ring that I saw on the website/Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest. Can I come in and look at it?

That depends. The piece may have been sold and not available for reorder. We don't remove posts of piece after they have sold. Stop in or give us a call and we can look in to reordering it for you. 

Q. Does Summerlin Jewelers buy gold and silver?
A. Yes!  Bring in any unwanted jewelry (even if broken) and we will make you an offer! 

Q. Does Summerlin Jewelers buy diamonds?
Sometimes. It varies depending on the diamond and our inventory. Call us to get more information.

Q. Do you do appraisals?
A. Yes! Melissa Nabong, our owner, is a GIA Graduate Gemologist. She completes appraisals onsite.   

Q. Do you change watch batteries?
A. Yes! We charge $7to $12 per watch. We also take links out of watch bands. 

Q. I got this piece as a gift, and it's not really my style. Can I return or exchange it?
You are welcome to exchange the piece or receive a store credit within 30 days of the purchase.

Q. Do you offer financing or payment plans?
At this time, we do not offer financing, but we do offer layaway. Please give us a call at 702-243-8240 or email summerlin_jewelers@yahoo.com for more information on the process.
